言いたいとき、今日のフレーズが使えます。

今日のフレーズのポイントは2つあります。
１つ目は、
「Talk somebody through 〜」【句動詞】： （誰かに）〜を一通り説明する
です。
英英辞典ではこのように解説されています。
to explain an idea, a plan, etc. to someone so that they understand it

（誰かにアイデアや企画などを説明し、理解してもらうこと。）
例文はこんな感じです。

ネイティブに「talk sombody through」に
一番近い英単語は何かと確認したところ、
「explain 」（説明する）だと言っていました。
また、「talk somebody through」の「somebody」
の部分には、「me」が入ることが多いです。
