イギリス人にも意味を確認したところ、
=「It’s for you to decide.」
=「You have to think about it./You have to decide./It’s not something easy to decide.」
=「Your own decision」
とのこと。
つまり、「あなた個人の判断、自分で考えて決めないといけない」という意味合いなんですね。
※「call」=「decision」です。
なお、「It’s up to you.」は同じような意味で使えるカジュアルな表現です。
「It's your judgement call.」は「It’s up to you.」よりももっと重要なことを決めるときに使います。
